Our data center facility is fitted with fire-suppression systems, UPS, battery system and back-up generators and environmental controls to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service. The data center is continuously monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We've taken several crucial measures to ensure our world-class data center infrastructure is always available, reliable and secure.

Physical security for safeguarding your site and data
Surveillance camera systems monitor the facility around the clock. Access is limited to authorized personnel only and strictly enforced by electronic access cards and guards, 24x7.

Environmental control features for maximum reliability
To reduce downtime, our data center features advanced fire suppression systems, surge suppression, specialized heat and smoke sensors and separate fire zones below the floor and above the ceiling.  Our data center also monitors temperature, humidity, static and airborne particle controls.

Redundant systems to maximize your connectivity and uptime
We build in redundancy to ensure that your site is open for business. This includes routers, switches, our power system generator in addition to our regular grid electrical power, and network backbone.  The environment is protected by multiple air conditioning systems (HVAC: Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning). In addition, we keep a supply of servers, drives, network cards, processors, motherboards and every other piece of equipment that has even a remote chance of failure. We also perform at a minimum for all servers weekly data backups at no additional charge, and we backup our backup systems.
