NationalNet’s redundant network infrastructure delivers high performance bandwidth through our state-of-the-art data center. Regulated Protection & Climate Control
Our data center facility environment is protected by fire suppression and HVAC systems. The data center is environmentally controlled to ensure that your server is functioning at its best in an optimal environment.
Backup Power Systems
We do not rely upon the local power grid to guarantee uptime. Our on-site battery systems, diesel-powered generators and centralized Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) provide power conditioning and ensure uninterrupted data center operation. The generators are regularly tested to make certain that they will function as needed in the event of an emergency.
Data Center Security
Our dedicated hosting data centers are physically isolated from everyone but senior technicians. Monitored closed circuit television, unique pass keys, sign-in authentication and 24x7 onsite security personnel guard the facility.
24/7/365 Support
The Network Operations Center (NOC) staff monitors the network 24x7, with NationalNet network engineers available at any time in the event of an emergency. Included in our fully managed services, our System Administrators will perform any and all tasks you require on your system. You have access to phone or online support at any time of the day or night.
Server Management
Basic Server Installation and Configuration
- Assemble and rack server hardware
- Installation and configuration of Operating System software
- Download and install the latest service packs, hot fixes and/or patches
- Installation of a select group of common applications included with each supported operating system
- Installation of operating system optional or other application software requires a custom Statement of Work

As with most hosting companies, we have experienced the difficulties in working with the various manufacturers. We no longer have to accept mediocrity, constant changes in technology platforms, ill tested solutions, delays in the supply of parts and server platforms with questionable performance and applicability to the dynamic Internet.
Hardware Upgrades: As resource requirements grow, our System Administrators will inform you when an upgrade to your system is required.
Hardware Repair: Our philosophy is once the problem has been diagnosed, not to waste time and risk performance by repairing or replacing parts. We will either replace the server or drive at no cost to you.
