Director of Technical Services is a new title for William Slocumb, but is one he has proudly accepted in recent weeks. The position entails leading our Network Operations Center (NOC), making sure that support tickets are handled quickly and efficiently and to act as an escalation point for problem solving with customers.
While being a Director is a new position for William, he has been with NationalNet since 2006, when he graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) in Marietta, Georgia. Aside from his ability to manage our technical services, he has an array of interests from gaming to programming. And by programming, we mean developing game engines to help him with his favorite video game, Quake. We think that’s pretty nifty.
Aside from his hobbies and working, William also enjoys exploring new restaurants and cultural experiences that are offered in the Atlanta area. A favorite place for him and his girlfriend include well known MF Sushi in Buckhead.
